Super Smart Electronics

I just everyone to beware of the online company Super Smart Electronics. My husband bought me an MP8 player for $75.00 and when I got it, it was defective. We did everything they told us to do, only through email, because they don't have a phone to contact. We sent it back and for several days we were inquiring as to whether they were able to fix the item, replace it or what. Nothing!! Ony when I started threatning to request a refund, then we get a nasty email back with a couple of words, "we don't offer refunds". Still nothing about our product or our money, they just assume to get into a email fight about the refund instead of just fixing the product or sending us another one. Not to my suprise, I checked the BBB (Better Business Bureau), and WOW 5 outstanding complaints and a grade of "F" by the BBB. Please be aware of this company and their business practices. This is further proof that this situation is being handled by incompetent customer service representatives. Maybe you need to read your own policy, no where does it state that there is "no refund", no where in any email did I mention any issue with a "no return policy", I said "no refund". So you need to read your own policy and I'm glad to see that you don't care about who I contact. You should be contacted by the BBB, Consumer Affairs this point on. It makes it so much easier to send and post documented emails on Ripoffs.com, there can't be any dispute regarding defamation.

Yes, I plugged it into the computer and it says. Detachable Drive (F),device is not formatted would you like to format it? I say yes, it gives me a choice of formatting it normally or quick format. it won't allow me to do anything, at all it comes on and shuts off camera don't work video takin don't work says my storage is full, weird stuff going on

we do not offer phone supportreformatting a drive is basic operation of windows you can call Microsoft tech support and they will be able to help you reformatting a drive

This is still in warranty can I get A another one a replacement for this one I have It Locked up on my wife today, camera froze> and the video don't work and she reset this this three times
